Police were called to the 700 block of East Prospect Street for reports of the shooting around 2:30 p.m.
Upon arrival police found two men, both 21, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Their wounds are not life-threatening, say police.
This is the 30th non-fatal shooting in the city this year; there have been six homicides.
An investigation into this shooting is on-going.
